A character mentioned in the quest Waking Up by Jarhild that you might want to talk to about the nightmares when you arrive in Luskan. He is apparently known for trying to cure everything with "foul tastin' purple concoctions that bubble loudly" and do much else.
There is a hidden note in the basement of the guild hall that reveals more about his whereabouts.
